Extend statistics information on (drylab and wetlab)
On wetlab:

  • In statistics per investigator add the possibility to get statistics per lab
    • In investigator results:
      • Display the number of samples recorded by researcher in table
      • Graphics for the number of samples per state
      • Graphics for recorded samples of researcher vs all
    • In laboratory data:
      • Graphic number of samples for the lab vs all
      • Graphic samples per each states
      • Graphic sample type in lab vs all (2 pie chart to compare)
      • Species name in lab vs all
      • Display samples recorded in the lab in a table
  • In period of time, include statistics for:
    • implement unknown barcodes graphic
    • the number of samples for each run
    • number of sequenced samples vs defined samples
    • number of samples per lab
    • Defined samples
  • In sequencer include statistics for:
    • researcher usage
    • number on samples/run per center

On drylab.

  • on requested services include statistics for:
    • Number of samples analyzed
    • number of samples by services
    • number of runs
    • number of projects
    • number of researcher per service
