Description of feature

Remove pagination and add scroll bar to jexcel tables which are forms. Pe, in assign library protocol there should not be a pagination, but a scroll bar that allows to select all samples at once.
Add pagination and proper search to dataTables after completion forms. Pe the one in the following image:
