scaredyfish v0.1

See the notebook simulate.ipynb to run an example simulation. To open the notebook, first install IJulia. Before entering the Julia REPL, first set the number of available threads using export JULIA_NUM_THREADS=N, where N is the number of threads you'd like to devote to simulations. To start the notebook, open the Julia REPL and run using IJulia; notebook(). Please see scaredyfish.jl for a (short) list of required Julia libraries.
