TextureMaterial behaves as before by default, except tex procedures aren't created until very last moment.
BitmapTextureResourceLite is for custom "movie" and "video" materials, or for TextureMaterial with mip mapping switched off.

Oh shit, commits from #44 got in this one, too :( Let's see if I can fix that...

Apparently requires some command line voodoo, so I will just leave this as one big request.
