In Lincoln9192 there is a factor called Irrig that graphs use as a filter for colouring points/lines on the graph. However Irrig is not in the Observed table where the data is pull from, yet it still appears.
Hamish has found that if any inputted excel sheet has factor names in it, it blocks the drawing of any experiment trying to use those factors as filters that didn't have those columns.
If you get rid of the columns from every inputted sheet, it will then work like Irrig does above.
We are assuming that if a column with the same name as a factor exists, apsim tries to filter on it. If it doesn't then it falls back to something else. We should look into fixing this as it is potentially why it's hard to get new graphs into the bigger validation files.
