TwoFactorAuth 3.0-alpha1

TwoFactorAuth.org 3.0 🎉

Version 3.0 is a major update to the website UI as well as the YAML file formats.
Since 2.0 GitHub launched GitHub Actions which has enabled us to better control how the site is generated.
Because of this we've now created regional versions of TwoFactorAuth.org for the following countries:

• 🇦🇷 Argentina
• 🇦🇺 Australia
• 🇩🇪 Germany
• 🇳🇿 New Zealand
• 🇸🇪 Sweden
• 🇳🇱 The Netherlands
• 🇬🇧 United Kingdom
• 🇺🇸 United States

• Moved from Semantic-UI to a minimized Bootstrap version.
• Reworked the search bar 🔍
• Better accessibility support
• Changed to fontawesome icons

Additions

• Dark theme 🌙

• 2FactorAuth about page
• Added manifest for PWA 📱
