Version 1.1.1 - Archival

Updated the README text to note the archival nature of the code and the fact that it no longer works "out-of-the-box". Code development more-or-less stopped when I graduated, but the underlying software (MATLAB and GAMS) has moved on and is no longer 100% compatible with the original implementation.

Version 1.1 - Initial Public Release

This is the initial public release of the electronic appendix that contains the GAMS source code for the formulation and NGBD solution algorithm for the mixed AC-DC electricity distribution system design problem described in the article:
