Changes Made In Pull Request
"Balanced Brackets" is a very common problem available across most contest programming websites. I had a submission to the solution and thought it should be added to this repository and therefore attempted an open source contribution (my first by the way). It works fine and is accepted on HackerRank and passes all available test cases on submission.
