Hi everyone,

I've created this PR to add a new topic titled "Web API in JavaScript" to the repository. This topic covers various essential Web APIs like WebGL, WebRTC, Fetch, Axios, sessionStorage, localStorage, Clipboard API, and more.

馃摑 Changes Made 馃摑

I've included detailed explanations and code examples for each of these APIs. The content is organized logically, starting with an introduction and then diving into individual API sections.

馃檹 Feedback Requested 馃檹

I'd appreciate your feedback on the content and organization. Please let me know if there are any specific improvements or additions you'd like to see. Additionally, if there are any specific reviewers or maintainers who could provide insights, please tag them in your responses.

Thank you for your time and consideration!
