- Migrate the provider to use both SDKv2 and Plugin Framework
- Reorg file structures to accommodate muxing
- Refactor acceptance testing code for muxing
Remove manual API funcs to create Artifactory resources. Now all setup using external provider and TF configuration.
Updated resty module to latest
