Kari-Kuruma:Easy Constructing toy car for Prototyping.
簡単に組み立てられるプロトタイピング向けラジコンカー車体
Kari-Kuruma is an A5 size toy car body that can be created using 3D printing. The Kari-Kuruma can be easily assembled with Raspberry Pi or other circuit boards and various sensors such as cameras. Also, parts that are not available through 3D printing can be easily obtained from sources such as TAMIYA. This makes it possible to avoid as much as possible the risk of parts being out of supply.
Kari-Kurumaは3Dプリンティングで作成できるA5サイズのプロトタイピング向けラジコンカー車体で、Raspberry Piなどの基板やカメラなどの各種センサ類の組付けが容易にできます。 また、3Dプリンティングで手に入らない部品はTAMIYAなどから簡単に入手でき、部品のディスコンなどに振り回されないようにしました。

Wire link arm are made two paper clips(ex:https://www.askul.co.jp/p/8188431/).
2つのペーパークリップ(針金クリップ)をつかってWire link armを作ります。
- Bend two paper clips into straight bar wires. 2つのクリップを折り曲げて直線状にします。
- Cut one wire to length of about 64 mm. 一つをおおよそ64 mmにカットします。
- Bend 64 mm wire as shown in the figure below. 64 mmにカットしたものを下の写真のように折り曲げます。
- Cut another wire to length of about 52 mm. もう一つをおおよそ52 mmにカットします。
- Bend another wire as shown in the figure below. 52 mmにカットしたものを下の写真のように折り曲げます。
After bending to about 20 degrees parts, bend wire as shown in the figure below. 20度に折り曲げた先の部位は下の写真のように折り曲げます。
Creation of Wire link arm is complete. Parts cut to 64 mm :Wire link arm A are upper parts, and parts cut to 52 mm :Wire link Arm B are parts that transmit the driving force of steering from the servo motor to the upper.
これでWire link armの作成は完了です。64 mmにカットした部品(Wire link arm A)はアッパー部品に、52 mmにカットした部品(Wire link arm B)はサーボからアッパーへステアの駆動力を伝えるパーツになります。
