🐋 chore: add restart: always to meilisearch service in docker-compose.yml

Summary

I am using LibreChat in deploy-compose.yaml. When the container is stopped for some reason, it restarts based on the restart: always setting. But only the meilisearch container does not start. This is because there is no restart: always.
