Add Equixly to the Tools List

Hello Team, I'd like to propose adding "Equixly" to our list of tools.

Equixly is a SaaS platform dedicated to enhancing application security. It seamlessly integrates API security testing within the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Leveraging advanced machine learning algorithms trained on thousands of security tests, Equixly can automatically detect vulnerabilities in APIs. Your platform sounds very impressive, and the website is certainly unique.

One of our contribution guidelines is the ability to use and test a tool to ensure it works and we can verify it has value for users. Being open-source is not a requirement, but there's needs to be a clear path towards our capacity to validate submissions.
