We could create a wiki page for each of the code samples, but are there better suggestions?

Is there a process that can more easily be transitioned into a gh-pages website? Would a gh-pages website be useful?

Hey @KirstieJane, I love the gh-pages. It looks very nice and I think it is the best and fastest way to communicate how to use the commands. Perhaps, we want to add a "command line" example below each figure, to show how simple it can be run?

Also, as far as I see, there's no link to the actuall gh-pages http://kirstiejane.github.io/BrainsForPublication/. I would recommend to add the link to the description on the main github page. What do you think?
