Analog Clock with 24 pixel neopixel ring
This is adapted from a 60pixel ring project by Andy Doro.
I modified his code to work with the neopixel 24.
I also changed the seconds/minutes/hours representation to only use 1 pixel each, rather than a sweeping time representation.
