Fix typo: pas_token_id

What does this PR do?

I noticed that #30187 has a typo in error message (transformers 4.41.0), so send this pull request.

(main) $ git grep pas_token_id
src/transformers/generation/configuration_utils.py:                "Please set `pas_token_id` explicitly by `model.generation_config.pad_token_id=PAD_TOKEN_ID` to avoid errors in generation, and ensure your `input_ids` input does not have negative values."
