zstack 1.9.0 安装包不允许在CPU 核心数少于4个，内存小于6GB 的情况下安装和测试，对开发环境用于测试来说，这个配置要求过高，希望增加一个隐藏的高级选项，能够强制在低配置环境下继续安装。
