Citeseer has a new website / engine, since maybe 2022 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help_talk:Citation_Style_1/Archive_86#citeseerx_links_are_ALL_dead. I was thinking somebody would fix it without me doing anything... but I guess not. I looked at trying to fix the translator myself but I don't know the Zotero API or anything, so here are my notes:

Both the summary view (e.g. https://citeseerx.ist.psu.edu/doc_view/pid/193c5bb1ee93db70e09e78f9ae22c2dd82f7603e) and the PDF view (e.g. https://citeseerx.ist.psu.edu/document?repid=rep1&type=pdf&doi=193c5bb1ee93db70e09e78f9ae22c2dd82f7603e) include a hash, 193c5bb1ee93db70e09e78f9ae22c2dd82f7603e in this case
This hash can be put into the request from https://citeseerx.ist.psu.edu/api/paper?paper_id=193c5bb1ee93db70e09e78f9ae22c2dd82f7603e, which returns JSON with author, title, etc.

That was as far as I got, there is a thread which says you can't make HTTP requests in a translator.
