Describe the bug

The sidebar label on the Publications page is publications.sidebarLabel navigation.

To Reproduce

Inspect the sidebar navigation's name by right clicking and looking at its accessibility properties in dev tools, or open the rotor in VoiceOver and navigate to the page landmarks menu.

Expected behavior

The translation key should be replaced with an English string.

Additional context

Discovered while testing #6047 in VoiceOver.
