Storybook 8 is available, so I'm creating an Issue to track migration. The migration guide is here, and noting that we'll need to:

Additional context

I recently tried to upgrade FEM to Storybook 7.6.17, but doing so surfaced a bug where a string-width dependency stops storybook from executing. The bug is because we're still using yarn v1.
