Users on touch screens can accidentally trigger the zoom in/out buttons while scrolling. Often this results in the viewer getting stuck zooming in so the user can't zoom back out.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

In this video I scroll the page and "accidentally" trigger the zoom in button. Then I tap the zoom out button a few times, which has no effect.
Expected behavior
No other actions should be triggered when the user is scrolling the page.
