Describe the bug

Users on touch screens can accidentally trigger the zoom in/out buttons while scrolling. Often this results in the viewer getting stuck zooming in so the user can't zoom back out.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://www.zooniverse.org/projects/cobalt-lensing/black-hole-hunters/classify/workflow/25070
2. Scroll the page, making sure to touch the zoom in button in the process.
3. Often the subject viewer will zoom in, sometimes just a little and sometimes all the way.
4. Try to zoom back out and often it's impossible to do so.

Screenshots

In this video I scroll the page and "accidentally" trigger the zoom in button. Then I tap the zoom out button a few times, which has no effect.

Expected behavior

No other actions should be triggered when the user is scrolling the page.
