Question: What is the meaning of the little circles next to the contacts, in the list of contacts? #286

In the UI for the contacts list there are two coloured circles next to each contact: A larger one and a smaller one.

They seem to be red/orange/green in colour.

What do the colours of these circles actually indicate? It's baffling me!
