Proxy does not work on Ubuntu 22.x, but works fine on 20.x with same config

Result
Visiting the domain, after deploying two apps on the same server, results in a 403 - Forbidden error.

Also the nginx proxy keeps restarting, because some of it's "vhost" configuration file is corrupt:

It also seems related to zodern/nginx-proxy:1.0.0 vs zodern/nginx-proxy:1.1.0

Reproduction:

• Create a VM with Ubuntu 22.x;
• Deploy TWO apps with a proxy config (different (sub)domain);
• NGINX will keep on restarting.
