mup no longer updates the ssl certificates #1344

I have used mup for years and it has alwways updated the certificates, but today my sites got "certificate expired" and that remain after a mew mup deploy and also after mup setup => mup deploy. Certificates where created 27/3

Strange

Seems like the issue was related to Ubuntu 16.x, when I updated to 22.x it worked again
