Description of the issue

For some reason, the imgt positionings for mouse TRA contigs are not passing MakeDB.py. currently trying to think of a way to call makedb separately that relaxes this particular thing.

having said that. db-all and igblast.tsv actually contains all the data so it means the annotation was successful, just not parsed properly.
