After the restart, FCNPC does not connect the NPC (there are no messages in the log - "NPC_% has joined the server", but NPC_Create return True(1)).

But if you do another restart, everything works fine.

I think the problem is in the OnGamemodeExit hook, it cleans the structures incorrectly.

A possible fix (Debian 12 and others) is disabling ASLR in the system.

echo 0 | sudo tee /proc/sys/kernel/randomize_va_space

The problem probably arises due to the change of the base address of the samp-server.
