AlbumMediaLoader中的ORDER_BY

原排序为：
private static final String ORDER_BY = MediaStore.Images.Media.DATE_TAKEN + " DESC";

建议改为：
private static final String ORDER_BY = MediaStore.Images.Media.DATE_MODIFIED + " DESC";
