[FR] folder operation: rescan

some apps produce media files but do not trigger the media rescan for this media.
Please add the folder operation: rescan folder for new/updated media.

P.S. (1) I remember that the Cyanogen Filemanager had this option.
(2) the corresponding shell command is:

adb shell su am broadcast -a android.intent.action.MEDIA_MOUNTED --ez read-only false -d file:///sdcard/Pictures
