[WIN] zerotier lost connection when windows is under Modern Standby state. #2273

When windows is under Modern Standby, some or actually most device is working, including network device. So windows will have network/firewall working when under Modern Standby.

But at this time, zerotier is lost network connection (or the service is suspend? I haven't check powercfg.)

So is there any way to keep zerotier online when windows is under Modern Standby?

OS: win11 10.0.22631.2715
