Description of the new feature / enhancement

An arm64 docker image would be great especially since I'm trying to use it with https://github.com/spantaleev/matrix-docker-ansible-deploy and I am on an arm64 box.

Scenario when this would be used?

arm64 machines

Is there at least a way to self-build this? I can't find any docs about it.

Related to zeratax/matrix-registration#93

This is a poor way to do things though. It may break again in the future.
matrix-registration is a poorly maintained project and should likely be removed from the playbook.
