I went to set up nitter following the directions in the README, however, as is noted in #983, the master branch currently does not work, so I wasted my time for a while trying to figure out what is wrong. A short description such as

The master branch currently does not work due to changes in Twitter's unofficial API.
See the [guest-account] branch or the wiki page
[https://github.com/zedeus/nitter/wiki/Guest-Account-Branch-Deployment] for working setup directions.

would be a quick fix and save anyone in my situation some time and headache.

(I am happy to submit a PR fixing this issue, but I wasn't sure what the conventions or etiquette around that are)

Make the PR and reference that wiki article as the solution, I suppose Zedeus will either accept it or create his own modification to the readme derived from it.
