i can't load plugins from a gitea instance

Describe the proposed feature.

allow fetching plugins from gitea instances.

currently gitea is not supported.

the idea is the user would specify gitea and then the full path to the gitea url.

Describe alternatives you've considered

for now i just mirror the repo from my gitea to one of the supported providers, but it feels wrong.
