If a user's telephone number contains a / character, the caller log integration (placetel and sipgate verified, I expect it to be also true for the generic CTI integration) does not associate an incoming call with the user.
With /
Without /
Expected behaviour
The / character in a user's telephone number should not keep Zammad from attributing an incoming call to that user.
Steps to reproduce the behaviour
Use a forward slash / inside a user's telephone number.
Observe the Zammad caller log during an incoming call from this user.
