Used Zammad Version

6.2

Environment

  • Installation method: any
  • Operating system: any
  • Database + version: any
  • Elasticsearch version: any
  • Browser + version: any

Actual behaviour

  • If a user's telephone number contains a / character, the caller log integration (placetel and sipgate verified, I expect it to be also true for the generic CTI integration) does not associate an incoming call with the user.

  • With /
    image

  • Without /
    image

Expected behaviour

  • The / character in a user's telephone number should not keep Zammad from attributing an incoming call to that user.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

  • Use a forward slash / inside a user's telephone number.
  • Observe the Zammad caller log during an incoming call from this user.

I'm not 100% sure if we can count this as a bug. In general a difficult topic.
