Used Zammad Version

6.2.

Environment

  • Installation method: any
  • Operating system: any
  • Database + version: any
  • Elasticsearch version: any
  • Browser + version: MS Edge, v.123.0.2420.65 (64-Bit)

Actual behaviour

The sender condition can only be added to the trigger via an is/is not agent - customer - system user basis.

Expected behaviour

Have the sender field as Role(s) (either by renaming the current field or by adding roles as a condition option). So if I have several new roles, I can add them all or just a handful to the trigger condition, making it clearer what type of users are going to be affected by the trigger.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

  1. Click on "New trigger"
  2. Select from the conditions: Article --> Sender --> see that you can only select if it is or is not one of the following types:
    Agent
    Customer
    System
