Migrate to testcontainers from in-memory DB

Zally server uses in-memory hsqldb for local runs and integration tests while in production it uses Postgres. hsqldb is limited in features in compare to Postgres which forces to make inefficient tradeoffs to support both databases. It is better to stick to one database type rather than support multiple.
