(Feature request) exclude some notes from sync

Ability to exclude some notes from sync (make it local-only)

Dont see such feature in other note taking applications, and maybe its a little crazy... but when trillium installed on vps or/and can be accessed through web, its feeling more comfortable to have some notes (little) only on local pc (for example, mail desktop machine) while having anything else accessible after syncronization.

Alternative can be using a separate trillium on desktop (portable mode in windows) or even using another app for local notes...
