Describe feature

Define a label to disable syncing to/from server for certain notes. In this way, a desktop instance could have its own device-specific notes, which are not synced with the server instance.

Trilium has entered maintenance mode. Future enhancements will be addressed in TrilumNext: TriliumNext#143
