Describe feature

I like to alphabetically sort my notes but I often have a note I want pinned in some way.

I use a ⭐️ emoji currently but it would be nice to have a way to right click > pin note, and have it move to the top of the list and even a nice highlight (like those nice glowing on hover added recently).

This can essentially be accomplished by cloning the note to the root note and positioning them to the top of the tree.

Trilium has entered maintenance mode. Future enhancements will be addressed in TrilumNext: TriliumNext#140
