markdown-editor just closes without warning or error

Recent VSCode markdown-editor just closes itself every 1-2 mins of use.
I see no updates in over a year - still actively developed?

I see https://github.com/64bits/vscode-markdown-editor/tree/feat-custom-editor is more recently updated - any plans to pull those in?

我知道这是为什么哈哈哈，因为这个插件每个版本都有这个bug，也是醉了，不知道作者咋想的，.md文件上鼠标右键打开100%会出现这个一会突然关闭的bug，但是你先鼠标单击选中要打开的md文件然后按ctrl + shift + p打开命令面板然后输入 markdown-editro: Open with ... 就会打开原始的md文件和用这个插件渲染之后的md文件，这两个都别关闭就可以正常使用了，我把这个插件的每个版本都装了一遍有试了很多次才发现这个bug的解决方法，作者明显是故意的
