Rename yotter-config.json

Rename yotter-config.json to maybe yotter-config.json.sample and add yotter-config.json to the gitignore.

This would fix all the merge conflicts instance owners have to do when updating their instance.

That's a good idea. But I wonder how one would be aware that the settings have changed or that a new setting has been added then...

Using semantic versioning for the release version identifiers and adding the changes to the release notes seems to be good enough for most projects.
