LGM with SAM approach

Hi, even though I already communicated with DR. Rosseel via email, but I want to leave an issue for future reminder.

It seems like SAM approach does not work for second-order latent growth model (LGM).

According to Dr. Rosseel's draft about SAM, local option of SAM approach cannot handle second-order LGM, but global option can do. However, even the global option looks like it cannot analyze second-order LGM. Specifically SAM approach does not (yet) work with higher-order measurement blocks.

Appreciate your effort on Lavaan package!
