New routing to return trending categories

It would be nice if Chatbot can suggest the current trending categories.
This means API should have one more routing to calculate top categories and return them to Chatbot.

Can we simply use count of pins posted in last 30 days every day to generate the list?

It is not that much work compared to caching it somewhere else anyway?
