Is this a correct behavior? Or should it be null or none at all.

FYI, in case we forget, it is now allowed to omit location data (at least for web app.)

I think it should be set to default location if it's not provided.

@tvirot If a user skips to input location, will bot send location [0,0] or will not send location at all?
