bug: Installation error in Kali

Current Behavior

The sudo make build command gets stuck as below
ERROR [celery 2/42] RUN apt update -y && apt update -y && apt 0.2s

Expected Behavior

It should install sucessfully

Steps To Reproduce

Following official installation setup

Environment

- reNgine: 2.0
- OS: Kali 2024.1
- Python: 3.11.8
- Docker Engine: 26.1.2d 
- Docker Compose: 2.18.1
- Browser: Mozilla

-Host Machine: MacBook Pro M3 Pro Chip
-Host Machine OS: Sonoma
-Virtualization Software: Parallels
