Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

Error: Invalid value for '-A' / '--app': Unable to load celery application.

Expected Behavior

NA

Steps To Reproduce

After updating to reNgine 2.0.4 installation issue occurs.

Environment

- reNgine: 2.0.4

Anything else?
