Snap to center[FEAT]

I would like to be able to set a zone in the center of the joystick where it snaps to (0, 0) when the button is inside the zone. It should fire an event when snapping occurs.

When moving from the center the joystick should first fire "move events" when outside the zone.

Maybe it should be two different settings.
