Problem with running gen_proposal_list.py

Hi guys, since my laptop does not support gpus, I just extracted frames (normal images) of 1100 videos and put it in a folder called th14 in root directory of project, that means in th14 folder there are 1100 folders like video_validation_00000001 to video_validation_0001100 , and images in each folder named like 1, 2 , 3, ...... but when I want to run python python gen_proposal_list.py thumos14 th14 it gives 'video_validation_0000354' KeyError, but the folder video_validation_0000354 exists in th14 directory!! should the name of images have specific formats ? please help me I went crazy!
even I thought maybe the videos should be used instead of frames and I used the videos, but it did not work as well
I have been stuck for several days!
