Issue Details

Provide a clear description of the problem, including the following key
questions:

I just updated my macOS from High Sierra to Mojave. When I used Vim in High Sierra, Ycm functioned well. But when I first opened Vim today, it showed as below:
Vim: Caught deadly signal SEGV
Error detected while processing function 81_PollServerReady[7]..81_Pyeval:Vim: Finished.

line 4:
Exception MemoryError: MemoryError() in <module 'threading' from '/System/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7/lib/python2.7/threading.pyc'> ignored
Segmentation fault: 11

so I commented the Ycm configuration line of vundle plugin management in my .vimrc file.
and Vim launches normally again.
