Describe the feature

The current system for scrubbing on IOS makes it easy to accidentally lose where you were, while also being hard to skip to where you'd like. I often find myself accidentally swiping the screen while handling my phone and watching a video. To counter this, I lowered the seek gesture sensitivity. This made it a little harder to accidentally seek somewhere else, but then made seeking precisely very difficult since the screen and seek bar aren't treated differently.

I propose a system more similar to the YouTube app.

With this, to scrub anywhere on the screen, you would have to press and hold for a moment to enter scrubbing mode. The current "Seek gesture sensitivity" setting could be repurposed to adjust how long you have to hold before entering this mode.

To scrub using the seek bar would be as simple as dragging along it. This would be separate from the previous mode, so you can scrub anytime the seek bar is present without having to press & hold.
