I want this as close to 100% as we can get it.

I think a good way towards that goal would be to increase the visibility of code coverage. I recommend enabling a service like coveralls, codecov, code climate or similar.

I would like to work on this. I never contributed before but this seems like a good starting point.

Is there any specific reason that no coverage service was enabled as of yet? It's just a few clicks and would help a lot. I think it would be good to be transparent about this.
